NordBanen is excited to release its new brand identity. Emphasizing on our mission to connect communities. Because NordBanen is only going to operate on Gjøvikbanen from the next update we are changing the way we present our brand. With new fresh livery's and an emphasis on Gjøvikbanen we want to show that we are here to connect the big city of Oslo to small communities like Snippen and Åneby.
On our Type 69 and Type 70 trains you will now see the text above on the side of the trains. This is to make it clear what line you will be going on.
Our old livery's have seen little to no update in the last year so we have made small, yet big changes on all of our trains.
The train recieving the largest changes is the Type 69. We have decided to remove the system of unattended and attended coaches on them to make sure all passengers receive the service we want them to receive. We have also made the doors blue and a grey stripe across the entire passenger compartment of the train.
The other trains in our fleet have received smaller changes. The Type 70 has had some of the logo's removed and we have added the GJØVIKBANEN OSLO S - HAKADAL text on the sides. The Type 73 has received blue stripes near the front to make the transition from the blue and grey areas more smooth.
